emotional intelligence workshop - for families + communities
emo workshop: For Families & Communities
Strengthen bonds. Build understanding. Create connection.
The emo Workshop for Families & Communities is an in-person or virtual experience designed to help individuals of all ages better understand themselves—and each other. Rooted in emotional intelligence, this session walks families and community members through the emo Kit, offering tools to identify communication styles, emotional triggers, and responses.
Led by Marryam Naqvi, a strategic communication specialist with over a decade of experience, this workshop transforms the way we communicate in relationships—whether you're parenting, partnering, or navigating extended family dynamics. Together, we explore the power of the emoID, use practical language to describe emotions, and learn how to respond to one another with greater clarity and care.
Whether you're resolving long-held misunderstandings, hoping to create more harmony at home, or building stronger community ties, this workshop provides a powerful framework to make everyone feel seen, heard, and understood.
